These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sinomart (the "Service"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Overview
Sinomart is an online retailer of authentic products sourced directly from verified factories in China. We offer cash-on-delivery (COD) and other payment methods, ship domestically and internationally, and provide customer support by email.
Throughout these Terms, "you" refers to the user or customer, and "we", "us", "our" refers to Sinomart.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate, current information at checkout. We may cancel orders if the contact or address information we receive cannot be verified.
- Notify us immediately at sinomart.xyz@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Orders & payment
By placing an order you make an offer to purchase, which we accept only when we dispatch the product and send you a shipping confirmation.
- Cash on delivery: you pay the courier in cash at the door. Please have exact change when possible.
- Online payment: processed by our payment partners. We never store your full card number on our servers.
- We may cancel an order if the price or description was incorrect, if the product is out of stock, if the payment fails verification, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we issue a full refund.
4. Pricing & availability
- All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable VAT/sales tax where required by law.
- Shipping fees, if any, are calculated and shown before you confirm your order.
- We work hard to keep product information and stock counts accurate, but errors can happen. If a product you ordered is genuinely unavailable after your order is accepted, we will refund you promptly and let you know by email.
5. Shipping & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the courier delivers the order to the address you provided (or to the person who accepts delivery on your behalf). Please make sure the delivery address and contact number are correct; we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Returns & refunds

- You can return most unopened items in original condition within the stated window.
- Items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered are eligible for a full refund including shipping.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or in cash for COD orders.
7. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Place fraudulent, speculative, or abusive orders.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm other users or our staff.
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the Service, probe its security, or bypass rate limits.
- Scrape, mirror, or reproduce the Service or its content without our written permission.
- Upload viruses, malware, or anything designed to disrupt the Service.
8. User content & reviews
When you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content ("User Content") to the Service, you grant Sinomart a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and modify that content for operating and promoting the Service. You confirm you own the content or have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or that we otherwise consider inappropriate.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, logos, trademarks, and content (other than User Content), is owned by Sinomart or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission, except as allowed by these Terms (for example, sharing a product link).
10. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinomart's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the order at issue. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sinomart and its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sinomart is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to bring an action in your local courts.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via a prominent notice on the Service before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
